This data is securely stored using Firebase Firestore and is used solely to provide game functionality and improve your experience.

Your Data Deletion Options

You can request deletion of your data in one of the following ways:

1. Request Deletion via Email

If you would like us to delete your data manually, you may contact us directly.

Steps:

  • Send an email to our support team (contact@classiccardgames.com) requesting data deletion
  • Include the email address associated with your account
  • (Optional) Provide any additional details to help us locate your data

Once we verify your request, we will delete all associated personal data from our systems within a reasonable timeframe.

Important (Facebook users):

If you signed in using Facebook, you must also remove the app from your Facebook account to prevent any future data sharing:

  • Go to your Facebook settings
  • Navigate to Apps and Websites
  • Remove our app from the list

2. Delete Data Through the App

If you are signed into the app, you may have the option to delete your account and associated data directly within the game.

Steps:

  • Open the app
  • Open the settings menu
  • Select the option to delete your account/data
  • Confirm your request

This will permanently delete your stored data, including progress and achievements.

Processing Time

We aim to process all deletion requests as quickly as possible. In some cases, it may take a short period to fully remove data from backups and secure systems.
